Important Note:

The CCI program reserves a specific number of seats for CCI minors during the registration period. To determine how many seats are being held for each course, you can check the notes section in the registration system. In the event that a course you are interested in is already full at the time of registration, we recommend that you place yourself on the waitlist. It is not uncommon for spots to open up during the first two weeks of classes.

It is important to carefully read the course descriptions before registering, especially for courses such as 203 and 304, which may cover different main topics depending on the semester. This will help ensure that you choose the courses that align with your academic interests and goals.

From theme park rides to watching a film, from VR gaming to styling our clothes, from music concerts to festivals, each CCI has developed ways in which we are drawn into an experience of desire, wonder, and excitement. We will look at how different CCI have constructed ways to mediate the world and reinvent themselves through the use of experiences. We will examine methods of sustainable production, the role of policy in the fight for change, and the discourse surrounding “sustainability” in the fashion industry.
